Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (OCIA)
What is OCIA?
OCIA is a process of conversion to faith in Jesus Christ and his Church, based on the practice of the early Church. OCIA consists of various stages by which adults (generally 18 years and above) are prepared to receive the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist.

Sunday from 9:30 – 11:30 am
Babysitting is provided at no cost.

Who can participate in OCIA?
This process is for adults who have never been baptized, were baptized in another Christian tradition and wish to unite with the Roman Catholic faith, or were baptized Catholic and have not completed their initiation with the sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation.
Once I begin this process, am I obligated to become Catholic?
Ther is no obligation to those who enter the OCIA process to become members of the Catholic Church. The OCIA process allows you to clarify your intentions and to continue discerning God’s call.
Is there any cost to participate in OCIA?
No, none at all.
